Heating and cleaning needs more work but other than that everything is alright. Maintenance team also needs to give some respect by not entering people’s apartments with no shoe cover

I have lived here for a little over 4 years now. These apartments have improved their rodent control. The crime rate is low. It’s best because of the small communities that make it up. I do wish they had better amenities and continuous HVAC instead of seasonal.

The apartment is standard but doesn’t have ceiling light or bathroom vent. The apartment was dirty upon moving in and there was a smell of gas.

I’m honestly more disappointed than anything because I thought this would be a place I could rent for the next two years while preparing to purchase a home but I’m not resigning my lease. I’ve only been here for about four months and the number of tickets I’ve put in about the mice problem that still hasn’t been resolved is ridiculous. I appreciate Priscilla for being helpful with the leasing process because I moved to the area very close to my due date and I actually moved in a week before... having my baby. Now had I known that I wouldn’t even be able to walk around comfortably in the place where I pay rent at because of the mice, I would have NEVER signed a lease here. I wish I would have taken my chances with staying a bit longer with family and kept searching for apartments. I’ve been asking to speak with a higher up in the leasing office regarding this issue but I have yet to get a response in the four months I’ve been living here. I’ve emailed and called. I really wish I could get out of this lease or at least be moved to another unit, I’d even be willing to downsize to a two bedroom if I knew I wouldn’t have mice for the remainder of my time here.
