Witter Place Apartments is a brand-new 94-unit apartment community currently under construction in Alexandria,… Virginia, located at the corner of Duke Street and Telegraph Road overlooking the Witter soccer fields. The community will offer thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with convenient access to recreation, shopping, transportation, and employment centers.

Apartment homes at Witter Place will be available through an affordable housing lottery for households earning between 40% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Applications for the lottery are now available.

Please note: Witter Place is an active construction site and is not currently open for tours or walk-in visits. We kindly ask prospective residents not to visit the property at this time so construction teams can safely complete their work. Additional leasing details, timelines, and tour information will be shared closer to the community’s opening.

The community is being designed with comfort and sustainability in mind and will feature modern amenities, quality finishes, and green building practices. Renderings shown reflect the planned design of the community.

Lack if professionalism

Started my application months ago, where were invited to the public library with NO SIGNAGE!!!! I was like okay, is this legitimate or scam. Tiffani had taken ever information possible. Weeks later, I called several times to get an update. No answer.......finally got a word last week that we're approved and we need to proceed asap. Again very minimal communication and delayed responses. After thr waiting game for responses, I get an email to come the following day to submit the final… application and submit the money order!!! Them here's the surprise!!! Ohh sorry your not qualified/ over qualified...!!! I was like whaaaat!! You should do your home work before you invite people.
FYI, just plan on taking the bus or getting a spot in the garage. Because there's nowhere to park except behind the field, which risky once it gets dark. We struggled parking just to walk in to the office.
Look somewhere else.
