This studio has been tastefully renovated with a new porcelain floor and lovely artwork. It is fully furnished and equipped, including all kitchenware, a coffee… maker, a toaster, a microwave, a TV, an iron,an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. All utilities are included. You can just bring your suitcase.

River Place is wonderful complex with many amenities including an extra-large, resort-style pool, spa, a state of the art fitness center, sauna, steam room, convenience market, hair salon, and a dry cleaner. It consists of 4 buildings. Each building has a concierge. The complex is gated and very secure, located in an upscale neighborhood.

The location is fantastic: a block and half from the Rosslyn Metro. It is near the Iwo Jima Monument, walking distance over the Key Bridge into Georgetown, near the jogging and biking trails along the Potomac River, near DC, and near many restaurants, drugstores, and markets. It is in the heart of booming, exciting Rosslyn, gateway to DC.
