The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly.
