A quick Metro ride takes you directly to the National Mall, where you can explore the Smithsonian Museums and the National Zoo. Enjoy a peaceful escape with a hike at Theodore Roosevelt Island or visit the profound Arlington National Cemetery. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Supplies include a starter kit of body soap, towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine of $300. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as this is a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property if reported promptly, but does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage.
