Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A FOB key is required for entry. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage.
