Getting around from this central Clarendon location is incredibly easy, with a short walk to the Clarendon Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. A quick Metro ride takes you directly to the National Mall, where you can explore the Smithsonian Museums and the National Zoo. Enjoy a peaceful escape with a hike at Theodore Roosevelt Island or visit the profound Arlington National Cemetery. For your convenience, a large and modern Whole Foods Market is located just a few blocks away.
Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, including body soap, towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags, and a $300 fine for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
