For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A fine of $250 will be charged for lost fob/access cards, and a fee of $200–$300 will be charged for replacement of lost parking tags, per building policy. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.
