The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in for safety and security. The pool is not available for this season. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. We provide a starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
