The apartment features a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional queen floor mattress. The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, and high-speed internet ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors such as building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions, which are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys by the agreed-upon check-out time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee.
