Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. No events or parties are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
