The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Complimentary starter items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, and seasonings are provided to kickstart your stay.
Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Please note that oversized vehicles may not fit. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and we will do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property.
