A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. Parking permits must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid government-issued ID required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
