Parking requires displaying a permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with a valid ID. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for a fee.
