The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and a valid government-issued ID is required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Please do not send packages to the property as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Unauthorized parties and smoking indoors incur a $300 fine each. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge, and lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 charge based on building rates.
