Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is not available for this season. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid government-issued IDs required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Unauthorized party or smoking inside will incur a $300 fine.
