Step into this bright and modern 1-bedroom plus den apartment, thoughtfully decorated to be your comfortable and stylish home away from home. The spacious bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds, perfect for families or groups. The semi-private den offers a full-size bed, while the welcoming living area provides a great space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience.
The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Wristbands, available for a daily fee of $10, are required for entry. Lost wristbands will incur a $100 replacement fee.

To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine.
