All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability for a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside or hosting an unauthorized party will result in a $300 fine. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating operates from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning operates from May 15 – October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.
