Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with a valid government-issued ID required for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. The building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by season and local guidelines. Smoking inside will incur a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties will also incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
