The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damages up to $300 per stay if reported during your stay. Additional fees apply for violations, including a $250 fee for lost FOB/access cards, a $200–$300 fee for lost parking tags, a $300 fine for smoking inside the unit, and a $300 fine for unauthorized parties or gatherings.
