You are 5 minutes from everything you need (3 minutes from multiple grocery stores, 5 minutes from a few gyms, coffee shops, tons of restaurants, four different metro stops, and plenty of parks/running trails)! You can also be in downtown DC in under 10 minutes.

Utilities are split evenly between the housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; there is a two-car driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy). You will share a bathroom with one guy. No pets or couples at this time, please. The house is furnished but the current listing photos are from before the existing guys moved in.

About the guys: One is originally from the Baltimore area and graduated from the University of Maryland with the class of 2024; he now works in finance in Tysons and enjoys reading, working out, and playing video games in his free time. Another is a 23-year-old graduate from the University of Florida who moved to Arlington for a hybrid consulting role; he enjoys playing and watching basketball and soccer, reading, playing video games, and occasionally cooking, and describes himself as easygoing with a good balance between socializing and relaxing at home. The third is 22 and from Redwood City, California; after graduating from Oberlin College last year, he moved to Arlington for a hybrid consulting position and likes to play soccer, go hiking and do other outdoor activities, watch sports and movies, and cook, enjoying both going out and relaxing at home.
