Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Parking permits must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
