Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Parking permits must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine applies for violations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for a fee of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damages exceeding $300, or damages not reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine.
