To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee.
