A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in your reservation to cover any accidental property damage. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and a party on the property incurs a $300 fine. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
