All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs of all guests entering the property are required. Intentional damage, damage caused by parties or violation of the rental policy, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay are not covered by the damage waiver fee. Lost FOB/Access Cards are $250. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
