All guests must be registered with their full names and ID. Intentional damage, damage caused by parties or violation of the rental policy, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay are not covered by the damage waiver fee.
