Smoking indoors may result in a fine. A fine will be charged for a party on the property. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. Don´t forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
