Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
