The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
