Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine, and parties on the property are also prohibited with a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests should be made with 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost to replace them, and turning off the air conditioning when leaving is appreciated to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
