The building is currently undergoing remodeling to enhance your future experience, so occasional daytime noise may occur. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by parties, which incurs a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged $250 to replace. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
