The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing remodeling to enhance your future experience, and occasional daytime noise may occur. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered, but intentional damage, damage caused by violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay are not covered.
