The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The building is currently undergoing remodeling, so occasional daytime noise may occur. Parking permits must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Excessive noise should be avoided as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost. The air conditioning should be turned off when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
