Significant room for improvement.

The building is old and appropriately priced for the most part. However, repairs are slow and don’t last. The AC breaks constantly and isn’t repaired for 5+ days at a time. Has broken twice since it was turned on 6 -8 weeks ago. The front and back doors to the building take turns being broke so anyone who notices can walk in.
