Nightmare Experience- Do Not Move Here
I am a 4 year resident of the building and have lived in multiple units here. The apartment we are in on the second floor has been an absolute nightmare. We have had at least 8 separate floods and SO many plumbing/sewage issues. This week alone our apartment flooded 4 times from both the hot water heater and AC units. The issues are never resolved and our belongings continue to be damaged by water. Clearly some of the units in this building are uninhabitable and need to be gutted/fixed up, with… multiple residents having similar issues. They also do not disclose that they rent out apartments on different floors as airbnbs, so you could potentially have new people every week as your "neighbors".
