Terrible management and horrible customer service

Wildwood has great potential but in the event of any issues are the absolute worst to deal with. They don’t communicate issues or policy changes with residents. Multiple times guests of mine have had their cars towed AFTER I bought them a guest pass. Only to be met with snarky employees. Save yourself a headache and don’t stay here

Cockroaches

The building is full of small roaches. Expect to see at least ten cockroaches every day if they do spray. They have a rude pest control staff who does not do a good job.

Besides roaches, the building is not recommended for professionals because of too many noises. Some neighbors have four kids in a one-bedroom, and sometimes there is more than one family live in a unit, so there is always children screaming non-stop!
Be aware! They make it impossible to work from home

Smells like smoke

I have lived here for 2 years. I used to love living here, until a smoker moved in next door. I didn’t even know they allowed smoking inside the apartments. Now my apartment constantly smells like an old ashtray. This place is nice but beware if you live next to a smoker your apartment will be full of second hand smoke.

roach-infested with lots of other problems

lack of proper service. Electricals ae in ruins. you get fire drill on a regular basis.
Extremely rude management and rather expensive for what it is.
Keep looking there are a lot better properties i the area.

Wildwood Park Apartments

The rent is typical for the DC area (~$2000/month). The apartments are very nice. The maintenance is performed promptly and well done. The staff are friendly and courteous. There is a convenience store, beauty shop, party room, game room, library, bike garage, swimming pool, playground and exercise room on premises, which are very nice features. The inhabitants are in general nice people. There is easy access to public transportation and a shopping mini-mall is only 2 blocks away.
