The Flora is a stunning property here in the town of Bedford. The remodel of the space was thoughtfully and tastefully done. Jerrica was incredible and answered any and all question we had about the process. Would highly recommend touring this property.

Living here has been such a wonderful experience. The charm of the historic building paired with the abundance of natural light makes the space feel both cozy and special. The unit itself is incredibly quiet, which I truly appreciate—it feels like a peaceful retreat.
The courtyards and rooftop are standout features; they’re beautiful, relaxing, and quickly became some of my favorite places to unwind. I also love that the building is pet-friendly—being able to have both my cat and dog here makes... it feel even more like home. Overall, it’s a unique and comfortable place to live that I genuinely enjoy.

Communication is key. Of all the properties I have contacted in Bedford, The Flora has the best response by far. I was contacted by the Property Manager immediately and was able to set up a tour the very next day. The property is stunning. The ceilings are very high and little touches like gold handles and the floral lights. I am so excited for this building to be ready to move in.

This property is like nothing else in Bedford or surrounding areas. Rooftop deck overlooking the Peaks of Otter, beautiful tenant amenity spaces, huge units with big windows and super tall ceilings. I can't wait to move in.

The property manager Jerrica was very quick to respond and set up a tour. This will be an amazing property when it is finished. The use of so many modern touches to complement a historical property was a wonderful choice, and the roof top deck is a perfect touch to allow for a relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful views!
