Take my Money

When my student rented at this apartment location a very large stain was identified on the carpet and at walk-through. I also called the management company about getting this cleaned. The woman from the management company on the phone said the apartment had been inspected and it was OK. There was nothing she would do about it. She had a very bad attitude about correcting the problem. Of course, at the start of the school year, not much could be done to change apartments. At the end of the… year at the check out walk-through this stain was identified as being caused by the current renters. On top of that they developed a list of every little mark or slight dis-coloration in this old apartment that was past due for painting, new carpet, new kitchen, ... the entire apartment. They took half of the security deposit (equaling $800) for an accumulation of minor items, normal wear and tear items, and at least one item that existed when the rental began. So, be very aware of this management team if you rent here.
