Very nice room.

The room I have is well designed, and it's recently refurbished, and the rent includes all utilities. Internet provider is xfinity.

Do not rent an apartment Please!!!!!

We rented a few years ago in this place the first year I came to study at VT. When the realtor show me this apartment told me that it was not available and when I went to the office the manager told me it was available (the realtor itself was surprised). The truth is that all winter we had no heating and they could not fix it. They gave me two portable heaters that barely heated up and snagged the utility bill for a few hundred dollars. The quality of the apartment is very low. Everything… breaks easily doors ,appliances etc. Even when we found another apartment we decide to hired someone professional to clean before we left and the management always said our apartment was dirty. They did not gave us a penny. I tell you it is not the best company to rent . Go to another place.

Do NOT rent from Price Real Estate management!!!

Not only did these people take 45 days to issue a refund of the security deposit, they stole $213 for a "miscellaneous" charge. When I called for clarification as to what this charge was about, conveniently no one was there who could access my account, and they went so far as to hang up on me. These people are sketchy!!!! DON'T DO IT!!
