Guests who fail to comply with house rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. There is a $200 per day fee for smoking or vaping inside the property. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions affecting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
