BLACK MOLD, LYING OFFICE STAFF AND BROKEN APPLIANCES.

This place is utterly awful. The leasing office will constantly lie and say that they have checked on things when they haven’t and they will ignore your emails and calls for months.

Rents and fees go up - maintenance goes down

Eagles Landing main selling point at one time was that its apartments are fairly inexpensive compared to the rest of Charlottesville. And the rents were all-inclusive. But it is steadily going downhill. It now charges random "amenity" fees and tacks on extra charges for electric and water. All the while, the maintenance goes downhill. Parking lot lights randomly go out, breezeways are dirty, and dog poop litters the yards and grassy areas.

Trashy and unfinished

Walls aren’t even touched up right you can see millions of dents and marks on the walls and you have to jiggle the Key to get in which took 10 minutes to figure out how to get in cheap and lazy their “repairmen and cleaners” would be out of the job anywhere

Great place to live in!

I lived here for 5 years in different parts of the complex and I have nothing but great things to say about the property, the area, and the management staff. Early in the COVID pandemic, i was out of town and they checked in on me to see if I was okay as they noticed packages left outside my door. They absolutely care for their residents.
