The location of the apartment is great for commuting daily to grounds but there is nothing else good about it especially for the high price. It is super loud often at night with parties which is fine for weekends but it happens a lot on weeknights and I have to wake up early for class but can't sleep ever. The management is terrible at responding to any issues, I have been overcharged fees every month but when I call with issues I am told to use the portal for results and then all my messages... through the portal have been ignored. Black mold growing in the bathroom, appliances are broken and despite multiple maintenance requests, no one ever comes to fix anything. They also took away recycling cans at some point last year, there are only places for trash so I guess environmental concerns aren't a part of the apartments values. Read More

I love the location and the look of the building and grounds keeping. I would definitely suggest to anyone looking for a place close to the hospital or the E-school.

I love how close this property is to the engineering school. I have been working with Mrs.Besthall to get an apartment. She was very professional and helpful. Overall a great experience.

The location is great because it's a convenient location for undergrads and grads. The shuttle stop is nearby and it's a walking distance to most places around UVA. The fact that the 1x1 is all-inclusive is very convenient.
