Y'all are doing great! I love the community atmosphere and the things you try to do to bring people together. I love how you take care of the grounds. And how you keep people informed. It is a beautiful complex. I love our apartment with happy to get to stay there for 6 weeks with my husband while I recovered from some surgery. I gave you guys a four because there's always room for growth. I will say that the walls are somewhat thin and it took some time getting used to having upstairs neighbors… who you can hear pretty clearly, of course they could hear us too I'm sure. Keep up the good works!

Perfect all around!

Kim and Margaret are an absolutely amazing and kind management team! They have been so welcoming to us and are ready to answer any questions we have. The location is perfect since it is not right in the city but close enough to be a 5 minute drive to Hollymead shops. The modern style living and quiet neighborhood is a dream!

Amazing management and quiet neighborhood We're really enjoying our first year, staff is always available and happy to help. Maintenance is always taken care off so everything is looking neat. Don't even need to mention the cool events happening all the time. Thanks for being such a great management team!

I wish there was more enforcement on smoking, I've seen a couple communications but I keep seeing people trying to bypass it.
