Washer and dryer Our washer stopped working . Called Fran and she called her people, and they were out in a timely fashion. They took care of the problem and so far so good! thank you, Fran

Former Woodgate Residents We enjoyed living at Woodgate. Overall, we had no problems with HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems and we lived there for 5 years. The dishwasher and stove had some problems because it was an older model, but it was replaced in a matter of weeks. It was neighborhood friendly, and the Woodgate apartment complex leads to a nice walking trail.
