I have loved here for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience maintenance has been very good and the office staff very very helpful and the upkeep is excellent. I would recommend Holly point apartments to anyone looking to rent .

No Integrity

Be very careful with these people. They demonstrate a serious lack of integrity. My wife and I are renting a condo from the condo owners. We were negotiating with them about some upgrades. In case the negotiation went poorly, I wanted to see what 3-bedroom apartments were available in Chesapeake. Holly Point said they could notify me but I had to fill out an application and pay an application and administrative fee. I told them repeatedly that I was not interested in getting an apt right… now, just wanted to see what a 3-bedroom looked like. They insisted on an application and a fee (they must have quotas). WITHOUT PERMISSION Holly Point somehow contacted the condo owners (I did not provide them with that information; don't know how they got it) and told them we wanted to move. Feels like sabotage and coercion. This has soured my negotiation with the condo owners. If it falls apart, I will be contacting an attorney regarding damages.
