Excellent Customer Service

I have been a resident here for almost a month now. When it was time to turn in my checklist for things to be taken care of by the maintenance staff the assistant manager Daniel actually came into my home to make sure everything was done properly. The fact that he took the time out of his schedule to make sure I was happy in my home was excellent, above and beyond customer service. I am so happy to feel comfortable and at peace here at Waverton with my family. I will recommend this complex to... anyone I come in contact with from the customer service alone!! I appreciate Daniel being courteous, respectful, and friendly. I’m happy to be apart of the Waverton Family!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Mgmt takes FOREVER to handle emergency maintenance! It took them 2 weeks to get someone over to my apartment to supposedly fix a leak!

My review

I've been living at this apartment complex for 5yr rent goes up every year, at times its quite, I like my neighbors and the personnel in the front office, maintenance might take two weeks to get to a maintenance request but other then that my complex is alright winning free rent for a year would really be a blessing I could spend more time with my son an save some money for a car and and pay off some bills
