Madison Ironbridge

I have been touring apartments with my parents for a good bit and discovered Madison out of the blue driving by! We had no scheduled tour but wanted to walk in and ask some questions, and Shayla went above and beyond that for us! Not only was she transparent about the cost of everything, but we were able to tour as well! The place is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of amenities at no extra cost! I felt very safe and secure touring there and I cannot wait to move in!

Upon filling out the lease... application both Shayla and Shelby helped me because we encountered some IT issues. Both worked diligently to make sure everything was squared away. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. I wanted to move in based off of their hospitality alone. Shayla gave us a tour and she was awesome, very knowledgeable, and the absolute best! The property is beyond gorgeous. It seriously looks better in person!

I would truthfully give this apartment zero stars if it were an option. It's the most unkept, mismanaged, and disgusting place that I've ever lived. The piling of trash around the dumpsters, the dog park is absolutely disgusting, the hallways reek of marijuana and cigarette smoke, spills throughout the hallways that sit for days, and the grass is overgrown most of the time. I've consistently had issue after issue living here. Firstly, we moved into no hot water and had to wait over a week for it... to be fixed, even though it's considered an "emergency". Currently, our fridge isn't staying cold. It takes an act of Congress to get a maintenance person here. When I called with my request, his first remark was "What the hell, why didn't you call earlier?". He proceeded to say that he would be here in 30 minutes. After almost two hours of waiting, I called back for him to say that he wasn't coming and hung up on me mid-sentence. Again, fridge not cooling is considered an "emergency". These are just a few of the experiences that have occurred for my family. I've communicated with other residents who have gone weeks without AC in the hottest days of the summer or water leaks that just go unaddressed. Water was leaking out into a hallway from an apartment and sat for days. Ironically, this was outside of the maintenance office. Given the fact that these apartments are newly built, it's concerning the number of issues. You'll see other reviews that appear to be positive, but after communicating with other people, those were just created in hopes of a "freebie". I'm posting this to save you a lot of trouble and headache. Please, please, think twice before moving into this complex.
