The staff follows thru, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The place is absolutely spotless and they continue to keep it that way, for example they are reseeding area the grass has had issues. The pool and clubhouse are fantastic. I can't list a single problem I have personally experienced.

I’m not sure what the others are talking about Ive had nothing but a great experience here the staff is amazing they never give us any issues the community is great and well maintained. Maintenance is very helpful and they respond quickly. The photos on here are exactly what the community and the apartments look like. Anybody who’s had a bad experience with them must be a bad tenant but idk… lol complaining about rent being high is absurd because it’s literally high everywhere its the market …... my point is rivington is amazing don’t let the bad reviews scare you away pay rent on time go to the resident events and enjoy your space you’ll have no issues :)
