Profits are maximized by charging you for EVERY LITTLE THING. I had to pay $40 to park the tiny box truck I moved in and out with. My security deposit got OBLITERATED, despite spending CONSIDERABLE money from my OWN pocket bringing it up to a livable condition.
I don't think this place has been maintained since it was built, I was shown a nice, modern unit, but got a run down smelly bug... hole. Unless you absolutely have to, I wouldn’t move here. First, I was shown an updated apartment and at the last minute they switched my apartment saying that it was no longer available and they could put me in one just like the one I looked at, what they failed to mention is the replacement one was not updated & it’s a HUGE difference from the renovated ones. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, all of the doors were rusted, the bathroom was super outdated and looked as if it suffered from years of... water erosion, terrible carpeting, and the apartment just looked dirty as a whole. No matter how much you clean they are still worn down! As well as I don’t know if they’re water bugs or roaches but they are EVERYWHERE, including in your home. Every month something is breaking & needs to be replaced. The floors are thin so you can easily hear your upstairs neighbors doing anything. Also, It’s near some type of trash business as well so it stinks outside a lot, on top of the geese leaving their residue everywhere. The electronic keypads that serve as locks to get inside your home can jam at any moment and if maintenance isn’t on site then you are just out of luck. I lived here when the apartments were brand new in 1989 with my dad and had good memories of living here, so when I was looking for an apartment a year and a half ago this was the first place I looked and had my apartment a few hours later! Love it here! Apartment is very nice, beautiful view of the lake, love being on 3rd floor because of the vaulted ceiling. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Office staff are awesome!! I highly recommend these apartments!!

I'm looking for a new place to live. I've looked at several other apartments but if you're looking for a place to live I highly recommend Waterside at Ironbridge. Its at a beautiful location the apartments are amazing and I've heard nothing but wonderful things about this apartment complex. If you ask me Waterside at Ironbridge is going to be my top choice and it should be yours too.

Ok, lakeside living is not perfect. But if you can get past the early morning goose wake up calls and their droppings, it's a nice place to stay. The view alone is worth it. There are very nice homes that backs up to the lake. For the price they are not bad for and older complex. Staff and maintenance are friendly.
