What This House Offers

This is a fully furnished, beautiful and historic home located on Chincoteague Island.

This house is identified in Marguerite Henry’s classic “Stormy, Misty’s... Foal” as the place where the Chincoteaguers took refuge in the great 1962 Ash Wednesday hurricane.

We have been renting it on Airbnb and VRBO, but we would like to just rent it long term after this season.

We have worked hard to furnish it beautifully, including all linens and kitchen utensils.

We are pet owners, so we welcome pets so long as insurance will convert them.

The master bedroom has a walk out balcony with a view of the Chincoteague Bay, and an en-suite, recently renovated full bath.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes granite countertops and newer appliemces.

Because it is a short term rental, we keep it extremely clean.
