I've been living here for awhile now, and I cannot rave enough about the awesome management and support in this apartment space. Not only do they answer all of my weekly questions, but they genuinely seem happy to speak to me. I moved here from Midwest and for the first time since living here I feel like I am part of a community...from being a stone's throw from the Taphouse to having an amazing and clean pool to swim in during the summer..what more could you ask for! Shout out to the awesome... team at Daleville town center apartments! I will definitely be renewing this lease!

Overpriced
Overpriced tiny hot box apartments. My AC has stopped working for the 2nd time in my first 3 months here. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that’s actually nice.

Love my apartment
I moved in about 3 months ago, the location is great because I can walk to everything, I enjoy the fitness center and the Savannah and Dolly in the office were great and made the move in process so easy!

Great Location, Amazing Community, Horrible Management!
My review is like most. The apartments are nice but the rude management (especially Dolly) make living here unappealing. You can email and call about questions and will never get a response and they are never in th office. We were repeatedly told to show up for showings of our apartment only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back again (wasn’t ready that time either). The only complaints about the grounds we’ve had is the halls (mail areas) could use more frequent cleaning as they often... smell of wet dog and the grill area needed a new grill. The pool area also has no exit without a key which, to me, is a safety hazard Should the area need to be evacuated quickly.

Management is the WORST
Management has poor communication to tenants regarding building maintenance, Dolly is rude whenever you have an issue, matter of fact, no one in the office is helpful. These apartments are over priced and not worth the investment.
