Cheap / Noticeable

Like many affordable apartment complexes, you can definitely tell that corners were cut, but that's to be expected. Overall, the community is secluded, quiet, and peaceful, and I have no complaints in that regard. The biggest issue, and one that many residents would likely agree on, is the water. It has a strong sulfur smell and often smells moldy, making it unpleasant to use. I previously submitted a complaint about the water odor, possible mold concerns, and the health issues I was… experiencing, but I never received a response. It was disappointing that such a serious concern seemed to be ignored.

Great Apartment!

We enjoy living at these apartments! The pool in the summer is great, and we love how convenient the location is.

Not a great experience

I have lived all over the country and this has been my least favorite experience. The water here is awful it smells and is white at times. When o first moved in I was met with extreme rudeness from the property manager. There are stink bugs in the house and the one time I tried to get maintenance it took me several attempts to get them there. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the overall attitude of this company.

Private Community

We love living at Fieldstone Place apartments! We really enjoy the modern style living, with the privacy from the main road and others. Overall we have a good community of people here. One thing I do wish, is for more parking over by the leasing building & those apartments.

Other than that, I recommend!

Best Value Could not ask for More! Love Fieldstone!

First I have to say RFralin is the best! I moved in at Fieldstone place April 19 2024 and it is absolutely gorgeous! I had looked at over 20 apartments and townhomes before deciding on Fieldstone and I made the right choice! Trust me when I say you cannot find a better apartment for the money! The area is upscale and just beautiful and the apartments are brand new! Go by and take a look and you will definitely be impressed. They could really charge a lot more for these and easily get it. So I… would jump on it if a unit is available! All the neighbors are nice and is just a quiet, lovely place to call home!
