Dorchester Square Apartments

New owners have brought Dorchester Square Apts., and they are the worse people ever. They do not answer the phone when you call, but their vehicles are parked out front. You have to walk over to the office to do a maintenance report that never gets done until you report it over 3 times. Things never get fix, instead it is botched up. The bathrooms have a serious mold problem. When taking a shower water pours out the back of the building, and down in the pantry closet which caused the paint on... the pantry wall to rise. So I know that it is mold up under the paint. Also that problem has never gotten fix till this day. They are more worried about parking, light bill, and rent but not the maintenance and up keep of the apartments. And if you decide to move here please keep all receipts because they will say you didn't pay something when you did. They will wait months and try to make you repay if you can't prove you paid it. When the truth is who will let you live rent free for months without evicting you? They think because you live in subsides housing that you don't know any better, so they treat you as such.
