Is okay, but not really designed for seniors
The apartment is nice with laminate floors, granite counters, and good storage. However, the community isn't organized for seniors. The entrance way to the building is difficult to manage because the handicap doors don't all open at once and the key to open the inner door is behind the door which is very hard to navigate. The building was supposed to have functioning trash rooms on each floor, but those were canceled and you have to take trash a fair distance to the dumpster. There isn't enough... parking for vehicles with handicapped parking placards, and all the spaces in the front of the building have been reserved. We used to have package delivery to our doors, but now they are using a "package" room that is in a separate building. The toilets seats are only 16" high, not the recommended height for people with mobility issues. There are no grab bars in the shower. We are outside of the public transportation service area for Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania. You can hear the traffic from I-95, especially at night.
