New Post Apartments

I moved into New Post in 2018 and have more negative experiences than positive ones. I will say I keep to myself and have had no issues, although I do know who most of the people in my building are. Some of the buildings are better than others

Pros:
*Current property manager responds promptly to emails, and does a good job communicating with tenants. Maintenance responds to service requests quickly.
*Did an excellent job preparing the property during that recent storm.
* Food bank twice a... month
* Nice size bathrooms and bedrooms (2 br)
*Currently building a Sheetz and a McDonald's across the street.
*5 miles from downtown and 6 miles from corners corner.

Cons:
No balcony/patio
Gym- a few machines in the office
Small parking lot.
W/D hook ups - bring your W/D or pay extra for one. A laundry room is available
Small playground- there are about 3 others in the nearby neighborhood.

Been living here a while, place has really turned around.

Living here is so stressful. The parking situation is ridiculous, even if you have a parking pass they might still tow your car. And there’s not enough visitor parking.

The staff always leave early, especially on days that we have to go pay rent. They’re very harsh and not good at communicating.

There is a ambulance and/or fire truck here at least once a week.

And the breezeways always smells like weed.

The management here is absolutely horrible. We had so many unnecessary issues moving in: poor communication on their part, rude, unhelpful. Maintenance man always waltzes in unannounced. Garbage is always over flowing. No parking. Problems are never solved. I can’t wait to move out.
