Excellent and professional!!

I have been a resident here for a little over 5 months, Now that I’m fully settled in I can say I am beyond pleased with how great my time has been here. Big thanks to Joanna for providing me with such excellent service, she remained professional throughout the entire process.
10/10 recommend this place if you plan on moving to the area.

Great Community - Money Well Spent

You wont regret liviing here.... As a single female that has lived in many of the apartments in Fredericksburg. Silver Collection is hands down my favorite. The staff is truly AMAZING. They are personable. They care. They go far above, and far beyond any other apartment complex ive experienced. The free breakfast is a huge perk for me, along with the amenities, it truly feels like you are living at a resort. My friends and fam loveeeee when I host!

DISAPPOINTED

In a nutshell and for the high price of rent, this "luxury" apartment community is often DIRTY and NOISY. And to top it all off, the leasing office does very little to combat very fixable problems. Shame on this team for not enforcing their own policies. Poor management style plus insufficient resident accountability has equated to a very miserable experience for me. I would not recommend this property.
